Website Purchases

No exchange or refund. However, If the quality of your purchase completed at www.cloud9lavender.ca is not satisfactory (example: the product has a defect or is damaged), the article must be returned within 30 days following the purchase. Please contact us by email at [email protected] so that we can send you a return label. Please send your email describing the problem, your order number, a photo of the product in question. After receiving all these details, we will send you another product.

Purchase made at participating retailers

Please note that items purchased from one of our participating retailers must be redeemed or refunded directly to the retailer according to the store's refund and return policy.
