We are pleased to ship our products anywhere within Canada. For international orders, please call us directly for placing custom orders and to make shipping arangments.

Temperature Exposure Policy

Many Cloud9Lavender products contain natural ingredients that can be affected by extreme temperatures. Exposure to subzero conditions or high heat may alter a product’s texture, appearance, scent, or overall performance. Our Commitment, all products will leave Cloud9Lavender in optimal condition. We take great care in preparing, packaging, and handling your order before it is transferred to a shipping carrier or picked up.

Customer Responsibility

Once a product has been packaged to customer specifications or has been delivered or picked up, its transport and storage environment is outside of our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are not exposed to unsuitable temperatures, including:

• Freezing conditions

• Excessive heat

• Prolonged time in vehicles

• Outdoor or unregulated storage areas

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from Cloud9Lavender, customers acknowledge and accept this Temperature Exposure Policy.

Refunds & Replacements

Cloud9Lavender does not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for products damaged due to temperature exposure after delivery or pickup.

Best Practices for Product Care

To help maintain product quality, we recommend:

• Bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery

• Storing products in a cool, dry place

• Avoiding leaving items in hot or cold vehicles

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping Rates and Times: Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (before taxes). Otherwise our standard shipping rates are: Quebec 20 CAD 3 to 7 business days Varies and for the rest of Canada 15 CAD 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.

Responsibility Regarding Shipping Address: Cloud9Lavender ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. Full payment must be received before any order is shipped.

Express Shipping: Express delivery may be available upon request. To confirm availability and applicable fees, please contact us at 647‑760‑1403 before placing your order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at 647‑760‑1403. Changes can only be made before the order has been prepared for shipment.
